Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Custom Digital Deliverables

Because all astrological reports and personal readings are bespoke, custom-generated digital products created specifically for your birth configuration or submitted inquiries, completed readings are generally non-refundable once delivered.

2. Cancellations Prior to Preparation

You may request cancellation and receive a full refund if your request is submitted before our preparation process begins. Once an order status is marked "In Preparation" or draft generation has commenced, labor and computation have been incurred.

3. Our Turnaround Guarantee

For the Full Astrology Report ($110 USD), we guarantee delivery within 48 hours following verified receipt of complete birth information. In the event we fail to meet this delivery window without prior written communication, you may request a 100% full refund or choose to maintain the order with expedited priority.

For the Personal Five-Question Reading ($255 USD), our standard turnaround commitment is 4 to 6 business days (individually reviewed by the astrologer) due to the personalized writing process. If delivery significantly exceeds the stated schedule without notice, a full refund may be requested.

4. Technical Deficiencies & Delivery Issues

If you encounter difficulty accessing or downloading your completed private document, our technical support team will re-issue an active download token or deliver the PDF file directly via email.

5. Requesting a Refund

To submit a cancellation or refund inquiry, email readings@mysterycompass.com with your order reference number (e.g. MC-2026-XXXX) and reason for request. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
