Delivery and Turnaround Policy
Effective Date: October 12, 2026 • Last Revised: October 12, 2026
1. Turnaround Commitments by Service
The 48-hour delivery window begins immediately upon successful payment confirmation and receipt of valid birth date and location details.
Authored personally by the astrologer without automation. A dedicated research and reflection period ensures individualized answers.
2. Delivery Method & Token Security
All finished deliverables are published as private PDF documents stored outside public web directories. We issue an unguessable 64-character SHA-256 hashed private access link dispatched directly to your confirmed email address.
Access links remain active for 60 days from the moment of dispatch. You are encouraged to download and retain a local copy of your PDF deliverable.
3. Delayed or Incomplete Input
If an order is submitted with missing birth information or fewer than five required questions, the delivery countdown is paused until the required details are provided through customer support.
